AOG Procedures

AVOX Systems worldwide Distributor network maintains emergency AOG stock. In all cases, first contact should be made with a AVOX Systems Authorized Distributor.

The following information must be provided when contacting AVOX Systems for an AOG to be considered valid:

  1. Contact name and phone number at location of aircraft and length of time contact may be reached at that number.
  2. Federal Identification Number (Tail Number) of Aircraft
  3. Aircraft Type
  4. AVOX Systems part number, description and quantity of required part
  5. Are you currently working with a AVOX Systems Distributor on this AOG?
  6. Is there a repair or replacement order for this part currently at AVOX Systems?
  7. Is Customer prepared to pay premium for non-stock item?
  8. An Expedite Fee will be added to all invoices.
